ClIENT SELF SERVICE PORTAL

We have created a customer self service portal, which provides an interface where our clients can ask questions, raise support tickets, track payments and balances, track development progress of applications, and get alerts about new releases, updates and offers.

From the self-service portal, customers can search for knowledge base articles, visit a self-service forum and use the tools provided to contact support and follow up on previous requests.

This service is only available to our customers.Accounts shall be opened for new clients once their projects commence
